Dmitry brings two decades in tech to Manychat, three CTO roles, and a startup he co-founded before this. Here, he joined as a backend developer and grew into running the entire R&D org and the COO seat, and still cares as much about the user's experience as the code behind it. His take on great teams is simple: give people real freedom and real responsibility, and they'll outperform.
Gene built his career across finance, infrastructure, and McKinsey — and leads like a football coach: hire self-sufficient players, align on what matters, then trust them to win the match. He’s a “roll-up-the-sleeves” strategic partner who zooms out on strategy and zooms in on execution.
A serial GTM leader, author and speaker who’s built and led some of the most innovative PLG marketing teams in the industry. Ido is known to make new rules for marketing and then break them, which comes at no surprise to his ragtag troupe of trouble-seeking, equestrian cult-members colleagues.
Ingrid has spent the last decade building products and teams at Apartment List, Gusto, and Uber. She leads on "kind, not nice": honest because she cares, direct because you deserve it, no cushioning — and she expects the same in return. She'll fight hard on the ideas themselves, commit fully once the call is made, and hold a high bar precisely because she believes you can clear it.
Lu spent nearly five years at Intercom running business operations for the CTO and CPO before joining Manychat. She's the engine behind how the exec team actually runs: annual and quarterly planning, the OKR process, and the cross-functional projects that keep the whole company pointed in one direction.
