How we use AI in Talent Acquisition

AI gives our recruiters a head start, so they can spend more time on what matters most: you. Here's where it helps — and where we draw the line. Where local law allows, our team may use AI to:

  • Write and improve recruitment content — drafting and polishing job posts, outreach, and messages, including a check that our job posts use inclusive, welcoming language.
  • Find and reach talent — searching more widely and surfacing people who might be a good fit. Those profiles are a starting point only; recruiters decide who's actually a match and handle every bit of outreach.
  • Take interview notes — with your agreement, capturing notes and summaries so the people meeting you can focus on the conversation instead of their keyboard. These notes support our records; they don't score you.
  • Learn from our data — spotting what's working and where candidates drop off, so we can keep making the experience better.

A few things you might be wondering

Is a robot deciding whether I get hired?

No. People make our hiring decisions at every stage. AI supports our team — it isn't designed to evaluate, score, or decide anything about you.

So what does AI actually do here?

The supporting work: drafting, searching, note-taking, and analyzing trends, so our recruiters can spend more time with people.

Does AI use my personal characteristics?

We don't allow AI to make assessments based on protected characteristics like race, gender, age, or disability, and we take steps to guard against biased outcomes.

Can I opt out of AI note-taking?

Yes. We'll ask for your agreement before any interview. If you'd prefer we not use an AI note-taker, just let us know and your interviewer will take notes by hand instead — no audio or video recording. It won't affect your candidacy in any way.

What if I have questions, or want a person to take a look?
