Operations Manager
The Role:
Our busy office needs a reliable, well-organized Operations Manager to handle day-to-day operations.

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative, recruiting, and HR procedures, managing day-to-day office technical and administrative support and truly be the staple that keeps our business together. We're looking for an energetic professional who LOVES wearing multiple hats. This position includes advancement opportunities for the right candidate as well as full benefits after a 30-day probationary period.

Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

Office Operations

  • Design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments

  • Answering or directing inquiries

  • Manage packages and mail, review and distribute accordingly

  • Liaison with Property Manager for all office needs including tenant improvements, and maintenance

  • Ensures operation of equipment; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment

  • Prepare desk for new hires

  • Own our office space, so it's welcoming, presentable adding your special touch

  • Vendors relationship & management

  • Catering liaison for lunch meetings as requested

  • Admin for two executives for travel arrangements & accommodations

  • Protects operations by keeping information confidential

  • Track key data and update related reports

  • Own team Wiki page and policies and guidelines, ensuring they are comprehensive and up-to-date

  • Drive and coordinate workflows across two our offices and work quickly and independently in this capacity

Culture Ambassador & Event Coordinator

  • All company sponsored event planning, coordinating and all logistic for a successful event

  • Company gifts


Human Resources

  • Recruiting logistics for various open positions

  • Onboarding logistics with new hire orientation & office tour

  • Offboarding logistics

  • Managing all applicable HR matters (guidance will be provided)


Information Technology

  • Equipment ordering for new hires

  • Software purchasing

  • Asset management

  • Systems access management

  • Conferencing solution


Accounting/Finance

  • All purchasing receipts to Accounting & help reconcile

  • Issued checks to provide info to Accounting

  • Liaison with Accounting with any & all vendor relationships

  • Track key data and update related reports

Our Ideal Candidate has:
  • Associate degree required (B.A. or B.S. preferred)
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Excellent organizational and written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort with a fast-paced environment
  • Trusted to handle information and tasks of a highly confidential and critical nature
