Customer Success Specialist
The Role:
We're looking for a special person to help our community of small businesses, entrepreneurs, and brands to achieve success.

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will work closely with our customers as well as our partners – agencies and freelancers in the US, and abroad. You will be collaborating with them daily to learn about their businesses and empower them to grow their businesses through Messenger Marketing and ManyChat. You'll be focusing on delivering excellent customer care and being there for customers when they need us most.

You will represent the voice of the customers/partners and work closely with cross-functional teams across ManyChat to make our products better. Our client-based is the most important function of our entire business and YOU are customer service orientated. Our team cares for our customers. You are the gatekeeper of our customers and you will need to voice their feedback with internal teams to influence the product development for new product ideas and to improve existing ones. It's a multifaceted job, that includes communicating with customers online, over the phone or in-person, recording educational videos, and otherwise helping customers succeed with our platform.

Messenger Marketing is an entirely new field, and while we're the largest Messenger Marketing platform, you'll be the pioneer on the frontlines, working with our customers and partners to accelerate us to the next level. You'll have unbridled creativity in paving the way forward, contributing ideas for how we shape our product and extend our customer base.

Our Ideal Candidate has:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Client-facing experience, of a technical nature.
  • Demonstrated customer focus.
  • Experience working with internet products and technologies.
  • Customer-first attitude with a strong sense of empathy.
  • Impeccable written/communication skills.
  • Organized, responsible and motivated individual, with the ability to work well as part of a fast-paced team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand and work with new emerging products.
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently, multi-task and complete projects on time.
  • Additional languages a plus.
